The Hen Master team has been raising poultry in Village Aroop, Gujranwala since 1962. What started as twelve chickens in a wooden coop is today a trusted poultry house — still run by hand, still run by family.

Our philosophy

Mastery is the long way, done well.

We have never grown a bird in less than eighty-four days. We have never mechanized a cut. We have never shipped a bird we would not eat ourselves. These are not marketing lines — these are the standards our founders set in 1962, and we still follow them today.

Mastery, to us, is the quiet refusal to cut corners. It is the hundredth inspection. The bird that gets one more week. The customer that gets a phone call, not a form. The old way. The right way. The Hen Master way.

What we will never do

We will not rush a bird

Eighty-four days minimum. Not a day less. Time is the quietest ingredient, and the most important.

We will not mechanize the cut

Every bird is hand-dressed by a poulterer with at least eight years on the block. Our knives are sharpened twice a day.

We will not chase volume

We cap our flock. We cap our accounts. A waitlist is not a flaw — it is a promise of standard.
